The role owns the full hiring funnel, including sourcing and outbound campaigns, candidate experience, hiring infrastructure, data-driven process improvement, and pipeline development for current and future roles. The recruiter will partner with leadership, define talent standards, and help scale the recruiting function for Trove’s collectibles business.
