Description
Mach9 is hiring a Founding Recruiting Lead to build the talent function from scratch and define full-cycle recruiting across engineering, product, go-to-market, and operations. The role owns sourcing, candidate engagement, interview processes, offer management, recruiting infrastructure, data tracking, recruiting branding, and strategy, while partnering with the CEO, CTO, and broader leadership team. Candidates should have 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, a technical recruiting background is preferred, and experience at a startup is preferred; the role requires modern recruiting tools, strong relationship-building, creative sourcing, organization, and clear communication.
