Forus is hiring a Founding Security Engineer to build the security foundation for its AI-powered healthcare platform. The role owns cloud and infrastructure security across AWS and GCP, integrates security into product and development workflows, establishes detection, logging, audit trails, and incident response, secures identity and endpoint access, and designs controls for AI agents and sensitive data. It is a demanding, autonomous role requiring strong software engineering and security experience, with full-time work in person in New York and benefits including fully covered medical, vision, and dental insurance.
