Intric is hiring its first dedicated security hire to establish and own security across cloud and air-gapped on-premises infrastructure. The role will assess security posture, conduct threat and risk assessments, close high-priority gaps, build incident response processes, maintain company-wide security discipline, and support BSI C5 readiness and ISO coverage as the company expands in Germany. The position requires hands-on experience with SIEM systems and Kubernetes security, risk-based prioritization, compliance leadership, and the ability to set up a security function from scratch.
