Description
The Founding Senior Product Engineer will work directly with co-founders to build a modern AI product for police officers, including a mobile app, voice and photo-to-report pipeline, laptop agent, and secure infrastructure. The role focuses on turning vague customer feedback into shipped features, using AI tools, making technical and product tradeoffs, debugging production issues, communicating decisions, and spending time with customers in Louisville and beyond. It is an in-person New York City role with hybrid flexibility and some travel.
