Clera is hiring an early-stage software engineer to join its founding team in San Francisco. The role involves shipping production features daily, owning product areas from concept through deployment, and building fully agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows. The engineer will work with the CTO and founding engineers using TypeScript, React, Cursor, Supabase, Prisma, Typesense, LLM APIs, and Trigger.dev.
