Description
Finna AB is hiring a full-time Founding Software Engineer based in Stockholm, with flexibility to work remotely within Sweden. The role works directly with the founding team across software engineering, product engineering, technical architecture, implementation, debugging, testing, deployment, monitoring, and technical support. Responsibilities include developing backend systems, infrastructure, and user-facing products; building reliable persistent AI-agent session systems; working with TypeScript, Linux, PostgreSQL, APIs, realtime protocols, and modern web technologies; and improving security, reliability, observability, and maintainability. The position requires substantial software product or systems experience, strong software engineering fundamentals, TypeScript, Linux, and PostgreSQL skills, and the ability to work across backend infrastructure and user-facing product code.
