Description
Tamarind is hiring three Founding Software Engineers to design, build, and scale the infrastructure, APIs, and web interface of its computational biology platform. The role owns major parts of the stack from architecture through deployment, maintains core systems, and collaborates with founders and customers to ship features. The technology stack includes Python, React, AWS, Docker, CUDA, Conda, TensorFlow/PyTorch, notebooks, bash, Slurm, and APIs. The team is currently onsite in San Francisco approximately five days per week, with candidates expected to be located in or able to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
