Clutch is hiring its first dedicated Staff Platform Engineer to build and own the internal platform that enables engineering teams to ship safely and scale. The role defines platform strategy, establishes standards, and develops self-service tooling, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, developer workflows, observability, and automation. It requires 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, or developer tooling, along with expertise in AWS, Terraform, Docker, CI/CD, and software engineering in Python, Go, or JavaScript. The position is permanent and full-time, hybrid in downtown Toronto three days per week, with a salary of $200,000+ per annum and healthcare, dental, and vision benefits.
