Polymath is hiring a Founding Strategic Projects Lead to work on high-leverage initiatives across partnerships, data, and new market expansion. The role involves organizing domain-expert teams, improving engineering platforms, scaling an expert contributor network, and leading complex data projects from customer needs through product requirements, contributor coordination, and data quality. The position requires prior experience with reinforcement learning environments and frontier lab data sales, along with strong ownership, cross-domain collaboration, writing, and technical abilities.
