Haven is hiring founding team bartenders for a new chef-driven restaurant opening in Blowing Rock, North Carolina. The role focuses on creating warm guest experiences, preparing and serving cocktails with precision, building beverage knowledge across wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic offerings, and helping shape bar standards, systems, and culture during the pre-opening phase. Candidates should have prior bartending experience in a full-service restaurant, craft cocktail bar, hotel, or similar hospitality environment, along with strong hospitality, communication, organization, and collaboration skills. The job is full-time or part-time and emphasizes learning, professionalism, responsible alcohol service, and contributions to a seasonal, Appalachian-inspired beverage program.
