Haven is hiring Kitchen Prep Cooks to join its founding kitchen team before opening in Blowing Rock, North Carolina. The role involves preparing ingredients and components, executing prep lists, processing produce and proteins, making stocks and sauces, following recipes, supporting food utilization and waste reduction, organizing storage, maintaining sanitation and workstation standards, and helping refine recipes, systems, and workflows. Previous prep, line, culinary, or scratch-kitchen experience is preferred, while curiosity, attention to detail, organization, reliability, and a willingness to learn are emphasized.
