Description
Aptos is hiring a founding technical leader for its new payments business unit, responsible for defining and shipping the Aptos Payment API, leading partner-facing technical integrations with regulated financial institutions and payment providers, building trust infrastructure for settlement and reconciliation, and owning the technical interface with the trading stack. The role is hands-on and player-coach in nature, expected to ship code, make build-vs-buy decisions, and hire and lead the first two engineers as the unit grows based on revenue milestones. The position is full-time and based on senior experience in payment infrastructure, stablecoin settlement, and external technical leadership.
