InterSystems is hiring a founding Technical Program Manager for its HealthShare healthcare data platform. Reporting to the Head of Product, the role will establish the platform’s TPM function and coordinate cross-team dependencies, handoffs, launch and release readiness, tracking standards, risk communication, and leadership visibility across Product, Engineering, Quality Development, and the Release Team. The position requires 10+ years of technical program management or a related discipline, experience building or scaling program-management functions, technical fluency, managed and cloud services experience, and strong communication and organizational judgment. The listed base salary is $127,000–$157,000 USD, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
