Description
Astrocade is hiring a Founding Technical Recruiter to build its engineering team across infrastructure, AI/ML, recommendation systems, data, and platform engineering. The role owns full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer close, develops outbound pipelines, partners with founders and hiring managers, researches talent markets, builds competitive intelligence, and improves recruiting workflows with AI and automation. The position requires 3–10 years of technical recruiting experience, strong sourcing and senior-engineer hiring experience, and the ability to evaluate diverse technical backgrounds.
