TimePartner is seeking a temporary employee-leasing worker for the Foundry/continuous-casting area of an industrial company. The role involves setting up and operating continuous-casting plants, melting and processing metals, charging furnaces, monitoring production parameters, performing quality inspections, and operating a crane and forklift when needed. Candidates should have technical training in machine and plant operation, industrial mechanics, metalworking, or a comparable field; practical foundry or production experience is advantageous. The position requires willingness to work in a three-shift system and offers hourly pay of €23.00–€27.00, along with parking, bonuses, and development opportunities.
