Excel Foundry & Machine, Inc. is hiring a Foundry Coordinator for the 1st Shift at its Pekin, Illinois location. The role supports foundry operations by assisting with melting and pouring metal, removing and dressing castings, inventory and scrap control, shipping, documentation, test-bar pouring, spectrometer maintenance, EPA reporting, truck loading and unloading, and other foundry tasks. The position requires safety leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, communication, basic computer skills, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to work in hot conditions while wearing a respirator. Compensation starts at $26 per hour, with benefits including employer-paid life insurance, paid parental leave, paid time off, and a matching 401K.
