Description
Mueller Water Products, Inc. is hiring a Foundry Lab Technician to collect and prepare iron and sand samples, perform and analyze laboratory tests, calibrate testing equipment, initiate corrective actions for out-of-specification results, order lab supplies, and collaborate with melt deck, metallurgical, molding, lost foam, and core room personnel to resolve metal and sand-system issues while following plant safety procedures. The role requires a high school diploma plus some college, laboratory measurement equipment knowledge, analytical troubleshooting ability, communication skills, computer literacy, and quality awareness.
