Description
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead the manufacturing engineering team for Mapleton Foundry and Machine Shop, including up to eight direct reports. The role is responsible for value-stream goals, people, quality, velocity, and cost targets across the foundry and machine shop, recruiting and developing the team, and leading continuous improvement projects. It requires analytical and communication skills, a four-year engineering or technical degree, seven years of progressive manufacturing experience or equivalent 15 years, and direct leadership, project leadership, or team-lead experience, along with foundry or machining process experience.
