Mapleton Cast Metals Organization is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a six-person manufacturing engineering team responsible for tooling and cylinder liner casting and machining. The role oversees value-stream goals, operational safety, quality, efficiency, cost management, recruiting, team development, and continuous improvement projects. Candidates need a four-year engineering or technical degree and five years of progressive manufacturing experience, or equivalent ten years of progressive manufacturing experience, along with direct leadership, project leadership, team-lead, and foundry or machining process experience. The position is based in Mapleton, Illinois, with domestic relocation available.
