The position involves filling and preparing casting molds, pouring cores, demolding, finishing large cores, and dressing complex cores with refractory coating. Applicants may come from other skilled-trade or technical backgrounds, with structured onboarding available. The role requires physical work, practical aptitude, spatial thinking, drawing-reading ability, shift work, and teamwork; a crane certificate is desirable.
