Description
The Aluminum Production Operator will work a 2-shift schedule in a manufacturing company in Farmsum, preparing furnace charges, operating furnaces and casting installations, monitoring temperature and pressure, coordinating with colleagues, and contributing to process improvements. The role requires operator or technical production-worker experience, technical insight, Dutch proficiency, a driver’s license, and own transportation. It offers a permanent full-time contract of 36–40 hours per week, with a gross monthly salary of €3,078–€3,876 depending on experience, plus travel expense reimbursement and pension accrual from day one.
