Micron Technology is hiring a Staff Engineer, Collateral Integration Engineer to support the Advanced Packaging Technology Development team’s semiconductor R&D efforts. The role focuses on acquiring and securing foundry collateral, installing and configuring PDKs and toolchain environments, and validating CAD flows through unit testing, smoke testing, and regression testing. The position offers deep technical ownership and cross-functional collaboration from early research through high-volume manufacturing.
