The Foundry Process Engineer will lead and support continual improvement of foundry processes and products by analyzing defective parts and processes, developing business process methods, evaluating and implementing improvements, conducting quantitative data, cost, benefit, and process measurements, researching industry best practices, and partnering with business owners and management. The role is based in Tallassee, Alabama, and requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or metallurgical engineering and at least five years of related manufacturing experience.
