Farrar Corporation is hiring a full-time, entry-level Night Shift Foundry Production Associate in Norwich, Kansas. The role operates and monitors foundry equipment, prepares molds and cores, pours molten metal, performs quality checks, maintains equipment, and follows safety and production procedures. A high school diploma is required; prior foundry or manufacturing experience is preferred. The position requires physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, in hot, cold, and noisy conditions, with a Sunday-Wednesday 7:00 PM-5:30 AM schedule and a starting wage of $18 per hour.
