NMW Niederrheinische Metallwerke is hiring a Foundry Mechanic to operate and maintain casting plants, including melting furnaces and continuous casting systems. The role involves loading induction furnaces, adjusting melts, casting according to instructions, monitoring and assessing casting quality, preparing casting bars, and cleaning the plants. Candidates should ideally have foundry-mechanic training, but motivated career changers are welcome; heavy-industry experience is an advantage.
