Synopsys is hiring a Foundry Analog IP Program Manager, Sr Staff to serve as the primary interface between Synopsys and foundry partners in Taiwan. The role coordinates IP enablement across multiple process nodes, aligns schedules and deliverables across sales, marketing, FAE, CAE, R&D, and foundry engineering teams, tracks PDK and design-kit issues, manages test-chip and tapeout activities, and produces dashboards and executive briefings. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent technical field, 10 to 15+ years of semiconductor industry experience, deep knowledge of IC manufacturing and design enablement, bilingual English and Mandarin fluency, and experience coordinating with foundries.
