Description
Renesas is hiring a Foundry Technical Management professional to support and drive foundry and fab activities, including product and technology transfer, change control, safe launches, new product introductions, foundry interface meetings, process change management, yield and quality activities, root-cause analysis, and foundry audits. The role requires a master’s degree in electrical engineering, materials science, chemical engineering, or a related field, three years of semiconductor experience in fab integration engineering or technology development, BCD process and power-device knowledge, hands-on experience benchmarking newly introduced technology or products, and strong leadership and communication skills.
