Inizio is hiring an FP&A Analyst in a hybrid arrangement across London, Brighton, and Manchester. The role supports divisional budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modelling, variance analysis, scenario modelling, management reporting, executive dashboards, and business decision support. The analyst will work with finance and commercial stakeholders to turn financial and operational data into actionable insight, improve forecasting accuracy, and maintain reporting integrity. Applicants should have a relevant bachelor's degree, experience in FP&A or related financial analysis, advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, ERP and reporting-platform experience, and strong analytical, communication, organisational, and stakeholder-management abilities.
