Oceans is looking for highly ambitious FP&A Analysts in Sri Lanka to join their team. This role involves developing a deep understanding of the business model, building financial models, forecasting, conducting variance analysis, utilizing organizational data for analysis, verifying data accuracy, fielding financial data queries, tracking KPIs, performing ad-hoc financial analyses, monitoring industry dynamics, assisting investors, and leading diligence work. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and prior experience as a Financial Analyst or FP&A Analyst.
