Customs Support Group is hiring an FP&A Analyst to join its Group Finance team in Poland. The role supports annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, long-term financial modeling, scenario analysis, performance analysis, KPI monitoring, variance analysis, margin improvement, cost optimization, and procurement-related cost-reduction activities. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across countries and report to the FP&A Manager in Rotterdam. The position requires 3–6+ years of experience in a similar role, a master’s degree in a relevant field, fluent English, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and proficiency with financial software, business intelligence tools, and ERP systems.
