ZIM is hiring an FP&A Analyst responsible for budget and control to support data-based financial analysis, performance optimization, budget preparation, KPI monitoring, performance reporting, and process-improvement projects. The role requires an academic degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering & Management, at least four years of analytical or financial experience, hands-on Advanced VBA and Excel experience, finance or budget-oriented data experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in English.
