Description
Dust is hiring its first dedicated FP&A and Controlling resource to build the company’s financial backbone from accounting oversight through financial modeling and AI-augmented finance. The role is split roughly equally among month-end close and accounting-to-reporting quality, integrated financial modeling and budgeting, and building and deploying Finance agents on the Dust platform. Candidates should have 5–7 years of finance experience spanning accounting and forward-looking planning, strong financial modeling and data skills, and a builder mindset; the role is office-first with offices in Paris, London, San Francisco, and New York, while remote work may be permitted on a day-by-day basis.
