The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst will build operating models, financial reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and budget-versus-actuals frameworks for portfolio software companies. The role owns quarterly forecasting, reconciles actuals, diagnoses accounting and data-quality issues, repairs inherited models and data pipelines, and performs ad-hoc financial analysis on unit economics, pricing, hiring ROI, and cash runway. Candidates need 1–3 years of relevant finance experience, advanced spreadsheet skills, accounting fundamentals, and availability for U.S. time-zone collaboration. The position offers full remote work across India and South Asia and Latin America, with compensation of $15,000 to $40,000 USD.
