OneAmerica Financial is hiring an FP&A Director to lead enterprise financial planning systems, Workday Adaptive Planning, Workday Financials integrations, expense allocations, management reporting, forecasting, planning, analytics, data governance, and finance transformation. The role partners with finance, accounting, actuarial, treasury, technology, and business leaders; leads complex cross-functional initiatives; and operates independently at the P4 Specialist career level. The position is hybrid in Indianapolis, Indiana, with occasional physical returns to the office in California, Indiana, or Maine, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
