Description
Carbon Clean is seeking an FP&A leader to build and embed the company’s FP&A function from the ground up. The role will establish planning, budgeting, rolling forecasting, long-term financial planning, reporting, KPI dashboards, governance, and forecast-close processes; provide commercial finance business partnering to the CFO, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders; and support Corporate Development with financial inputs. The successful candidate will initially work hands-on as an individual contributor while defining the future FP&A organization and hiring roadmap. The role requires a qualified accountant with 8+ years of relevant experience, strong financial modelling and transformation skills, senior stakeholder communication ability, and comfort working across global time zones.
