Description
The FP&A Manager will own Engage3’s monthly planning, forecasting, and management reporting cycle, connecting financial results with revenue, customer retention, cost-to-serve, liquidity, and other commercial and operating drivers. The role maintains an integrated driver-based model across multiple entities and currencies, develops scenario and sensitivity analyses, partners with Accounting, Sales, Customer Success, and senior leadership, improves reporting automation and controls, and supports strategic finance activities. It is a full-time, hands-on individual contributor role requiring 5–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, audit, or a closely related discipline.
