Description
The FP&A Manager, China leads financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, performance management, business insights, and strategic decision support for the China FP&A organization. The role coordinates with functions and regional and global finance teams, consolidates financial submissions, develops scenarios and models, monitors business performance, and improves FP&A processes through Power BI, automation, AI solutions, and digital dashboards. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced financial analysis and modeling skills, experience with planning systems, and at least seven years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, or finance controlling.
