Fennemore is hiring a hybrid FP&A Manager in Phoenix, Arizona, to modernize the firm's finance function through automation, AI, systems integration, process improvement, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, profitability analysis, and financial decision support. The role partners with accounting, finance, IT, legal, and operational leaders, leads cross-functional initiatives, and may eventually manage and mentor Finance team members. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6–10+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, analytics, operational finance, process improvement, or related areas, along with strong financial modeling, Excel, data, reporting, and technology experience.
