Description
Onex is hiring an FP&A Manager to lead long-term financial modeling, investing capital scheduling, corporate planning and forecasting, strategic analysis, investor reporting, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration. The role reports to the Vice President of FP&A, directs a junior team member, and requires a bachelor’s degree, approximately five or more years of relevant experience, complex financial modeling expertise, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities. The expected base salary is C$115,000–C$135,000 annually, with variable compensation eligibility.
