Spotify is hiring an FP&A Manager to serve as the dedicated finance partner for its Distribution Partnerships team. The role develops business cases, subscriber and partnership investment models, P&L analyses, KPI reporting, forecasting, and financial planning; evaluates commercial agreements and large datasets; and provides data-driven recommendations to business and senior leaders. The position is based in New York with a hybrid arrangement of two to three office days per week, and offers a United States base salary of $117,677–$168,111 plus equity.
