Description
SPRCHRGR is hiring an experienced FP&A Manager to support a diverse portfolio of clients, including startups, SMBs, nonprofits, private equity funds, and other growth-oriented businesses. The role focuses on financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, profitability and variance analysis, cash flow modeling, board reporting, client relationship management, and support for special projects such as KPI, cohort, inventory demand planning, due diligence, M&A, and systems/custom software implementations. The position is fully remote, operates Monday through Friday during Pacific Time business hours, and requires strong financial leadership experience, analytical modeling capability, and proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
