Description
Aplazo is hiring an FP&A Manager to own financial models, forecasts, budgets, and analysis that support business decisions. The role reports to the Finance and Strategy Lead, partners with Commercial, Risk, and Product teams, and is responsible for P&L, cash-flow, balance-sheet, and unit-economics modeling; variance analysis; board reporting; and automating manual reporting processes. Candidates need at least three years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, private equity, or strategic finance, advanced Excel or Google Sheets and financial modeling skills, a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and Spanish and English proficiency.
