LayerZero is hiring an FP&A Manager/Senior Manager to build and operate the company’s strategic finance function. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the role owns company-wide planning, forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation, KPI reporting, board and investor materials, and financial analysis for major investments. The position also develops token economics, on-chain revenue, digital asset flows, scenario models, planning technology, and the financial operating system, while partnering with executive and functional leaders. Candidates should have 4–8+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, strong financial modeling and ERP/planning-tool expertise, and experience in high-growth technology, fintech, or crypto companies.
