World Business Lenders is hiring a remote FP&A Team Lead to own a defined area of the financial planning and analysis function, either Corporate Planning & Performance or Portfolio & Capital. The role leads and develops FP&A analysts, owns recurring models, forecasts, analyses, and reporting, reviews financial work for accuracy and consistency, performs scenario and sensitivity analysis, coordinates with other departments, and improves and automates FP&A processes. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field and at least five years of progressive FP&A, financial modeling, or related finance experience, along with strong Excel, financial-modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
