Description

Sky Spy is hiring a full-time FPGA Engineer for a hybrid role in Tallinn, Estonia. The position focuses on designing and developing FPGA/SoC solutions for digital signal processing, algorithms, and RF applications, including RTL development, DSP chains, high-speed data paths, Xilinx SoC integration, simulation, verification, debugging, and optimization. Candidates need at least five years of commercial FPGA development experience, strong VHDL and/or Verilog knowledge, Xilinx FPGA/SoC experience, and practical DSP and RF signal-processing experience.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of commercial FPGA development experience
Hands-on experience with Xilinx FPGA/SoC platforms
Practical experience implementing DSP algorithms on FPGAs
Experience with Xilinx Vivado and Xilinx IP
Experience debugging FPGA designs on real hardware
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with both VHDL and Verilog
Experience with Zynq-7000 or Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC
Knowledge of AXI4 and AXI-Stream
Experience with high-speed interfaces such as JESD204, Ethernet, PCIe, and DDR
Experience implementing FFT, DDC/DUC, channelizers, and beamforming DSP blocks
Experience with ADC/DAC interfaces and RF transceivers
Knowledge of SystemVerilog, Tcl, Python, or C/C++
Experience with hardware/software co-design
Strong understanding of fixed-point arithmetic and FPGA-oriented DSP optimization
