Description

Voyager Technologies is hiring an FPGA Manager for its Products line in San Diego, California. The role is 100% onsite and combines hands-on FPGA development and testing with engineering team leadership, resource allocation, project execution, design reviews, proposals, and contract review. The position requires an electrical engineering degree or equivalent, 7+ years of FPGA design experience, experience leading technical teams, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance. Compensation is $165,000–$215,000 base salary, with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), wellness programs, and flexible time off.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of experience implementing complex, high-speed FPGA designs of high-throughput algorithms
Experience leading high-performing technical teams and mentoring engineers
Experience with FPGA design, integration, and test
Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing qualified FPGA/hardware for space
Experience engaging government and commercial customers through engineering management
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
