Description
The Captain supervises Protective Security Officers and Shift Supervisors, manages scheduling, training, discipline, timekeeping, incident response, post checks, reports, and security operations. The role requires substantial security or law enforcement experience, field-supervision experience, a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, physical and background screening, and the ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance. It is an on-site position requiring rotating shifts and overtime, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, life, disability, and paid-time-off benefits.
