Ford is hiring a Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Specialist to support manufacturing teams in mapping current- and future-state processes, identifying waste and bottlenecks, facilitating kaizen workshops, analyzing process data, and driving continuous-improvement actions. The role requires a STEM-related bachelor’s degree, foundational Lean and VSM experience, and at least three years of manufacturing experience, with up to 50–65% travel across Ford manufacturing sites. It is a hybrid position with varying onsite requirements depending on the Ford hub location.
