STMicroelectronics is hiring a Field Quality Engineer to join its Quality team at the Taiwan office and collaborate with the Santa Clara, California team. The role focuses on resolving customer quality concerns, escalating issues, visiting customers, monitoring quality performance and response metrics, coordinating with sales, customer service, technical marketing, manufacturing, and other internal functions, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. The profile requires a degree in electrical, electronic, or computer engineering, 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, strong communication and relationship-management skills, and preferred knowledge of SiC and semiconductors.
